I painted this when I had just got back from Argentina. This is one of my larger pieces. Later i did a commissioning based on this original.
The painting is based on a verse in the bible that says "we have treasure in jars of clay." The picture shows that when we have cracks in us but we hold the Holy Spirit we leak God's presence, beauty in brokenness.
